Hello sir,
This is not question, and my apology not speaking Russian because I am from Thailand, so I can only speak English and my own language.
I have requested to hire your expertise as developer to build the module for me and I can make payment via Paypal.
The module I would like to call it as "Module Removing Massive Articles DMCA Complaints", I and my friends running the website for free downloads and we have a lot of materials that have been reported as "against" DMCA so we need to remove them, sometimes we have more than 100 articles reported to remove, so we would to have module to do this job for us, I have attached the screenshots about the module which I have in my mind with this request...
